Food and fasting
I have always had a passion to make a nicely decorated food from the good raw materials. However I am still following an intermitten fasting regiment that allows me to eat only in short 6-8 hour time window during the day. It has been a good combination between enjoying good food and balancing bodies ability to restore its full functioning during the 18-20 hour fasting time. Intermittend fasting is the secret that helps me to keep my weight in balance.
